At J.Crew, I spent over a decade shaping the brand across multiple capacities, beginning as a consultant and later stepping into a full-time creative role to help launch J.Crew Mercantile.
My work focused on evolving the visual language of the brand — bringing a more modern, emotionally driven approach to both on-figure and still life imagery across digital, email, and campaign channels. For Mercantile, I helped define and build the brand from the ground up, translating the core J.Crew sensibility into a more accessible, everyday expression without losing its point of view. The role required balancing brand storytelling with performance, creating content that felt both aspirational and immediate while driving measurable growth across key business channels.
